Labeling machines for round, flat and irregular containers
Wrap-around, front-back and top labeling with closed-loop servo dispensing — the label lands in the same place on the first bottle and the ten-thousandth.
Placement accuracy is an engineering problem, not a setting
A label that drifts by two millimetres looks like a quality problem to your customer, even when the product inside is perfect. The label web is therefore driven by a servo motor with closed-loop tension control, and the dispensing edge is triggered by a photoelectric sensor reading the container itself rather than a timed delay.
Three applicator types share the same base frame: a wrap-around belt station for cylindrical containers, a front-back configuration for flat or oval bottles, and a top applicator for cartons and lids. Because the mechanics are common, a second applicator can be added later as your product range grows.
Label length, gap and container diameter are stored as recipes. Operators recall a number instead of winding the web by hand, which is what makes short runs commercially viable.
Typical configuration shown. Final specification is confirmed against your product, pack format and output target before the order is locked.
Key features
- Closed-loop label tension
Servo unwind with dancer feedback prevents stretching and misregistration as the roll diameter changes.
- Photoelectric trigger
Placement is triggered by the container edge, not by a fixed timer, so line speed changes do not shift the label.
- Wrap-around belt station
Synchronised rollers rotate the container while the label is applied, for full or partial wrap.
- Recipe memory
Label length, gap, speed and offset stored per SKU — changeover in minutes without tools.
- Quick-release applicator plates
Swap between wrap, front-back and top applicators on the same frame.
