Your printed pouch carries the shelf impact. The machine's job is to open it cleanly, fill it accurately and seal it flat — cycle after cycle, without wrinkling the print.
Built for pouches you buy printed, not film you print
Premade pouch packing moves the printing and pouch making upstream, where a converter can deliver finished pouches with high-quality graphics, zippers or spouts. The packing machine then only has to do three things exceptionally well: pick the pouch, open it, and seal it without contaminating the seal area.
A rotary platform with eight stations gives each step its own position and its own time budget. Opening uses vacuum cups plus a mechanical pre-open, which matters for gusseted stand-up pouches where the gusset tends to close on itself. Filling is servo-driven, and a short settling pause before sealing lets powders and liquids level out.
Gripper pitch is adjustable within a range so that one machine can run several pouch widths. Changeover is a matter of swapping the magazine, adjusting the gripper pitch and recalling a recipe.
